Currents gains exclusive rights to Sprinto's platform in the Nordics

Currents AS and Sprinto have entered into a strategic partnership for the delivery of automated compliance solutions in the Nordic market. Under the agreement, Currents AS holds the exclusive right to deliver Sprinto's platform in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland.

The agreement combines Currents AS' specialist compliance expertise and services with Sprinto's platform for automated adherence to security and regulatory requirements. Sprinto's platform is used by more than 3,000 organisations globally, supports frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and GDPR, and integrates with more than 300 cloud services and business applications.

The partnership comes as new regulation raises the compliance bar across the region. With DORA now in force and NIS2 under consideration at the EEA, Nordic organisations face growing pressure to formalise and continuously demonstrate their security posture — making automated, audit-ready compliance a priority rather than an option.

For Nordic organisations, the agreement means that platform, implementation and advisory services are delivered through one local partner, supported by Currents' network of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and other specialist partners. Organisations adopting the platform can also draw on Currents for the specialist advisory work that goes beyond the platform itself.
